Paul is the worse. He’s not organized, he lies, he makes false promises he can not uphold. He does not call to follow up. The way he does business is not professional at all . He told us he’s a people pleaser and will tell you what you want to hear even if it’s not true ! Don’t waste your time . Oak ridge Estates can do a better job of addressing tenants maintenance issues,as they put a lot of efforts into getting units ready for New tenets!!!!!

Emailed them with a couple questions and it took them a week to send an automated message ignoring everything I asked. Literally just said the same stuff their website says to advertise. Don't bother with this place just like the manager and other employees don't bother with doing their job.
