I’ve lived here for several months now. Great for the price. Paul, the property manager has been excellent. Very responsive and addresses any issues/concerns almost immediately.
I've been a resident with my son at oakridge estates for 4 years. We love our apartment and the manager Paul.K. has been wonderful. He's always there when you need anything done. He's a great asset to oakridge estates.Since Paul has been the manager he has always responded to any of my needs and acommodations for my son I only have positive experience since I've resided at Oakridge Estaes. I love our apartment and Paul has been nothing but wonderful. He takes care of things in a timely manner. Thank you Paul.
I’ve been here for 2 years I’ve had no problems. Paul has kept me in the loop with any information I have asked about that pertains to me and my lease.
It’s unbelievable. We’ve been living here for about two years, and every time I ask for something, it takes forever for them to get around to it. We’ve been without a washing machine for nearly four months now; whenever we request something, they never seem to have it in stock—yet we pay our rent every month and are never behind; we are always completely up to date.
been here 10 years. First half good. Rest of time. No. Don’t recommend this place. Too many issues to deal with.
