Oak ridge Estates can do a better job of addressing tenants maintenance issues,as they put a lot of efforts into getting units ready for New tenets!!!!!

Emailed them with a couple questions and it took them a week to send an automated message ignoring everything I asked. Literally just said the same stuff their website says to advertise. Don't bother with this place just like the manager and other employees don't bother with doing their job.

1 star because noone ever responded to me! I made an appointment the night before (i know, last minute) but i called before we left to our appt just to confirm no answer but i left a message to let them know i was on my way. Got there, the office was closed!!! I was there during business hours and there wasn’t a notice or anything posted. I called again twice while i was there and left another voicemail. Still no response days later. Ridiculous!

I emailed the office on a Sunday night about a problem with my fridge and someone was at my door to fix it within minutes that’s 5 star service. Besides that the complex is always clean, the inside of the buildings are nice with tile floors. And agree with the reviews below without having to repeat. No complaints here.
