BEWARE: "Courtesy billing" = we are not in network. Excellent care and service. However, I am not able to comprehend why after one year of various services I am told I owe a balance of 1,800. I was told in December it was an insurance issue and they are working to get it resolved. Two months later still not resolved. The representative was kind and patient in explaining the details but it still does not make sense. My final thought is self pay would have been the best option.
