I don't live there but I have kin folk that does and she has lived there for over 8 years nothing has ever been up to date they have never done a remodel on her apartment which is most Definitely needs! The foundation has cracks its the same flooring appliances and paint as much as she has to pay every month they could at least do some updates they raise her rent every time she gets a little bit of money in her check which is ridiculous with no updates and takes them forever to come maintenance something
The landlord is a complete joke. Apartments are not kept and it takes an act of Congress to get anything done.
