I do not recommend living at Oak Ridge Apartments in New Hope, Alabama. It is now June 14th and the pool is still not open. The pool is in poor condition and appears to have been neglected. Management has raised the rent, yet there have been no noticeable upgrades or improvements to the apartments. Communication between the owners/management and tenants is also very poor, leaving residents uninformed about important issues and updates. The management are nice until my apartment would shake from loud music at 3 or 4 in the morning and they said I could leave without paying anything extra but then lied to me. They lie and so much dramatic, nosey people who start things over nothing. the apartments are old and dirty and are horrible. I would never even step foot in that complex ever again. They lie about everything.
