Good place
These apartments are horrible they are infested with roaches. They do not clean the property. The playground has dog poop, trash and even used condoms on the ground. People let their dogs poop anywhere and do not clean it up, even right in front of your door. There was a shooting from a balcony during the daytime while kids were out playing. I put my application in on the 11/7/23. I was told that I would get a 3/2 with balcony the day of move in 3/18/24. I was told that the apartment needed a little more work on it. On 3/19/24 I was told it was ready for move in. On 4/2/24 when I go to sign paperwork it's a totally different unit no balcony it looks smaller and it's on the fourth floor.
