These apartments are horrible they are infested with roaches. They do not clean the property. The playground has dog poop, trash and even used condoms on the ground. People let their dogs poop anywhere and do not clean it up, even right in front of your door. There was a shooting from a balcony during the daytime while kids were out playing. There has been multiple car break ins. They shut off the water for hours and then the water does not even get hot enough to take a shower. I put my application in on the 11/7/23. I was told that I would get a 3/2 with balcony the day of move in 3/18/24. I was told that the apartment needed a little more work on it. On 3/19/24 I was told it was ready for move in. On 4/2/24 when I go to sign paperwork it's a totally different unit no balcony it looks smaller and it's on the fourth floor. Horrible management, and maintenance. They’re not responsive at all. The property manager or property supervisor is very passive, and she doesn’t respond to voice messages or emails. I don’t understand her lack of slowness. It’s so careless and unprofessional. Don’t get me started on the maintenance team. My goodness is so filthy where I live. I don’t understand why they’re so slow as well. I get there’s a lot of residence, but The people there is very nasty. If there’s cameras why can’t they see whose throwing trash etc? …I... read more
