As I expected, they deleted my review, so, here it is again: If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. My mom has lived here since October of 2021. This place is disgraceful and disgusting. She and her neighbors have had ongoing roach infestations since she’s lived here. Nothing is safe from them. They eat into boxes of food and even get into her Brita water jug IN THE REFRIGERATOR. DON’T DO IT! If you are thinking of renting an apartment at this place for gods sake DON’T DO IT! It has absolutely been a Nightmare living here. They lie and are deceitful to their tenants. This place should be condemned. The air conditioning is a joke in these apartments and when it doesn’t work they will send the maintenance guy over to lie to you and tell you that it’s working fine. They have done that to me twice now. Then they finally admit that he doesn’t know what he is doing after 2 months of trying to get it fixed ... read more

I've been a resident here for going on 5 years now the first lady that they had in the office did not tend to her tenants me and several other tenants constantly went up there face-to-face and reported stuff to her she didn't document anything she would tell us what we needed to hear to our faces and then once we walked away we'd still be waiting weeks and weeks to get stuff done and that stuff actually never got done since the there have been two new office ladies and they have been horrible to they All have. I’ve lived here going on a year & it has been pretty much a nightmare situation. Starting with the A/C which is an old style hotel A/C which they PROMISE is going to keep the very small apartment cool. the apartment its self is no bigger then a hotel room anyway.
