The community overall is friendly, relaxed, and this is a great place to live! All the major stores are nearby, and you're neatly tucked away from the traffic and noisy areas. There's a great trail to walk nearby, a church, and a park in the vicinity.

There is lady name Jen in the residential office she is extremely rude and aggressive to the people I feel like she doesn’t like her job but it doesn’t mean to be rude to the people that they are leaving in that apartment.
Mostly quiet as thankfully not many children! This is a good empty-nester property as devoid of disrespectful loud partying and limited dope smelling hallways/elevators. Keys vs cards. Nice pkg room/system. Heated, underground parking is always nice. The car wash bay has non-pressurized, unsoftened, cold water & vac & no rolling stool. Motorcycle pkg no trickle chg.
