My experience here was crazy. Pool was closed all summer. Washers and dryers are either broken or messed up somehow. People here will move your laundry (unless you sit nearby and watch). "Fitness Center" yeah right. Equipment is ran down, 1/2 treadmills doesn't even work, just under kept in general. AC went out in the middle of the summer, took a week to get a window unit that didn't even keep one room cool. Electric bill was crazy high and yet I was responsible for this. Don’t move in.. Don’t put a deposit down either! Just GO FAR! Got a 4 bedroom, cuz I could move in faster they said. Ehh, that was the only thing right. Apartment was FILTHY! Had to clean it myself! 4 days of cleaning. Carpet was and is still disgusting and not cleaned. They thought replacing the living room carpet and stairs was enough. The most awful disgusting people to deal with!
I have been a tenant at this property for over a year now. Since Jaclyn started I have noticed a truly positive improvement with how this place has been run. She keeps her word. She works really hard. She has gone above and beyond recently helping us with some maintenance issues we had in the apartment and got them resolved. She genuinely tries and cares about what she does as well as maintaining the property and managing everything. With her running the office it’s has become much more organized and professional. Overall very happy with my apartment. The property staff are nice and helpful. The one downside was the laundry room, the machines were old and part of the room was being used as storage. I asked Jaclyn about it a couple of weeks ago and she told me it is being redone. I walked in today and the room looks great! All the storage was moved out and new machines were installed with a nice sitting area, it’s a great upgrade.
