Like a lot of the other reviews, we thought the practice was great until our children actually had medial issues that needed to be addressed. Dr. Ramadan brushed me off for 9 months with my newborn then suddenly “why didn’t anyone catch that”… that person should have been her. My baby needed 3 surgeries for this issue. That’s when we should have left but regrettably we stayed and the same thing happened for our next baby. Dr. Ramadan and her staff are truly exceptional. They listen carefully, are consistently thorough, and remain incredibly accessible. She always manages to get us in the same day when the kids are sick, and she respects my use of complementary therapies (supplements, chiropractic care, etc.) without any judgment.
