Good place to live at
Rating this a five star because my husband and I love living here! We moved from California to Oregon and Oregon has been so good to us. Living in these Oak Park apartments personally I feel like they are clean and maintained well. Also I have a 8 year old son and there are many kids around here which he loves as well. Oak park village apartments seem to be more family friendly oriented so if you have a family with kids and are friendly I would say this would be a good place for you. Everyone is nice. I would rate this a 0 but it doesn’t let me, manager doesn’t know how to give out notices and doesn’t communicate properly and she has an attitude.
The recent manager is rude and does not attend to tenant needs. Another tenant who lives in the apartments along with the manager and the managers boyfriend, I have seen drinking alcohol at the “smokers area” myself and other Tenants have seen it. I have made friends with some of the tenants who live here , and their apartment is literally falling apart as well. But they won’t accommodate to repairs. They only suggest “maintenance request” but gets “lost” or is told they have to pay for specific repairs. So many managers hav... read more
