Such Crappy reviews, goodness. Theres issues/crime everywhere. I stay to myself and haven't dealt with anything like that here, besides some disrespectful kids.. As far as rent, it goes up some every year... it's the day and age, the economy, inflation and population growth... Absolutely, the worst place to rent from. They let known abusers stay at their property and force their guest who can’t get their abuser to leave to sign onto a lease. And for a property that is 30+ years old they are trying to charge almost 8 grand for fixes and damages. Not only that they had entered into my property twice without my knowledge one to change out a filter and two they stole my black top grill. If you enjoy 20% annual rent increases come on down. I've lived here 5 years and my rent has nearly doubled in that time. Should also mention being kept up till around midnight -2am almost every night of the week with large groups at the basketball court. Don't expect to use the office center....printers haven't worked for 5 years I have been here.
