This place is the crème de la crème of senior citizens living - management is caring, helpful and patient to listen to our needs her name is Brenda - Grounds are cleaned weekly, have pest control, pool on grounds and recreation room is always open and inviting- I LOVE LIVING HERE
Best place to live due to the management style of Ms Brenda - although the place is beautiful - has a pool, washer dryer, the grounds are well kept, they answer calls asap for any repairs, they have once a month pot luck in the main meeting rooms - what makes the place unique is the empathy the manager shows for her tenants and a professional attitude at the same time. For me was a long wait list to get in but oh so worth the wait.
I’ve lived here for five years and went through my ups and downs with this place but I’ve also found they have all been corrected to my satisfaction. The most satisfying was the management in the office with the new girl Brenda she’s just a sweet and concerning individual for all your needs and wants, if anything out of my experience with this Oak Park senior Villa it’s that I know it’s in good hands as long as Brenda is still here to help you in all your wants and needs. Interviewd with them and found Property Beautiful. I didn't quite have the Experience they were looking for but would have taken the job in a heartbeat.
I got lucky to get an apartment here. Very clean and has everything I needed. Especially the washer and dryer that is included. Beautiful landscaped property. What’s really great is that the manager and her staff are very friendly and very supportive of any issue that comes up. Great for me, being a senior on my own!!! And perfect if you’re ready to downsize. No more than a ten minute drive to any store you may need.
