Never had any issues. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. My only complaint is that they could update the apartments. They walls are plastered so I can hear the panel crack. And the floors do creak due to the building being old, but otherwise everyone on the management/ maintenance has been friendly.
This company does not respect the safety or wellbeing of residents. Avoid renting with OPRC at all costs! In addition to peeling lead paint, infestations of cockroaches, ants, mice and moths, unsecure entry foyers, stolen packages, and subpar cleaning standards, they will spend money on landscaping and upgrading vacant units instead of installing safety features like cameras or properly locking doors.
