I just moved out of a building in Oak Park that is managed by OPRC and was built in the 1920's. We initially rented the apartment from a different company, and OPRC took over around 6 years ago. In an older building like that, it was great to have Richard Monzon as a property manager for these last few years. I've lived in a building managed by OPRC for several years. Richard Monzon, the building manager, has always responded to maintenance requests promptly, and he always sends the best workers to fix whatever problem I'm having. Angel in particular is excellent. Friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond what he's asked to do. This may sound like a paid review, but I assure you it's not. I'm just a guy who feels fortunate to be in good hands.

My time living with OPRC was amazing. I didn’t have any complaints. The property 208 N Austin was always well maintained and the maintenance was always nice and responsive and Richard ( the property manager ) was always understanding, especially during my difficult times, helpful and on top of his game. I’m considering moving back to oak park and will go back through OPRC🙂

I shared a review about the bad experiences with Miriam Smalls. I see she has several bad reviews. My review was not just about a so called technical issue and proper authorization was given for me to assist my brother. The issue is how she rude she talk to and treat people. You wouldn't think a company like this allow this kind of behavior and make excuses for it's terrible employee's. Miriam Smalls does not need to be working with people. Miriam Smalls is one of the worst employees there. I have written and verbal permission from my disabled brother to assist him with his business. I've talked to about 5 people during my brother's application process and everyone beside Miriam were very professional, kind and compassionate. Miriam made us complete the lease signing online twice. I told her it was already completed and she said she don't have it, complete it again.
