I shared a review about the bad experiences with Miriam Smalls. I see she has several bad reviews. My review was not just about a so called technical issue and proper authorization was given for me to assist my brother. The issue is how she rude she talk to and treat people. Miriam Smalls is one of the worst employees there. I have written and verbal permission from my disabled brother to assist him with his business. I've talked to about 5 people during my brother's application process and everyone beside Miriam were very professional, kind and compassionate. Miriam made us complete the lease signing online twice. I told her it was already completed and she said she don't have it, complete it again. Don’t bother scheduling a tour during a lunch break, they don’t show up. Three times in a row, head office will give “direct lines” which are inactive. Not sure what’s going on over here
This company does not respect the safety or wellbeing of residents. I would avoid renting with OPRC at all costs! In addition to peeling lead paint, infestations of cockroaches, ants, mice and moths, unsecure entry foyers, stolen packages, and subpar cleaning standards, they will spend money on landscaping and upgrading vacant units instead of installing safety features like cameras or properly locking doors.
