This company does not respect the safety or wellbeing of residents. I would avoid renting with OPRC at all costs! In addition to peeling lead paint, infestations of cockroaches, ants, mice and moths, unsecure entry foyers, stolen packages, and subpar cleaning standards, they will spend money on landscaping and upgrading vacant units instead of installing safety features like cameras or properly locking doors. Lived at 206 N. Austin blvd with my husband for about 3-4 years. Our stay was very pleasant. Snow was always shoveled. Courtyard was always kept well maintained and clean. They addressed any issues we had promptly. Our property manager, Richard was easy to work with. We moved out because we outgrew our one bedroom apartment.
OPRC you all need to get rid of Miriam Small. She is rude and condescending!! Whoever hired her you should have double checked her references. She is going to cost you all your clients.
Israel is the best person to work with if you’re looking for an apartment. Communicates very well, keeps you updated with everything & will give you his best HONEST opinion & everything is done in a timely manner. He’ll make sure he finds you the unit you want & that you’re satisfied with your unit.
