I'm a musician and I play at Oak Park Place in Madison, The people and staff are SO kind and friendly. The activities director, Michael, does a fantastic job planning some fun events. I really look forward to playing there!

My husband is in assisted living at OakPark Almost $9000 monthly charge for his care. Today I found his bed thoroughly urine soaked and the bed had been made!! He is incontinent and depends are supposed to be changed during the night!!! They are not checking him as required and I am so disappointed !!!!!!!

Oak Park Place has made the transition for my mom, dad, and now my mother-in-law very easy. The staff meets their needs with care, compassion and grace. The nurse took care of all arrangements for my MIL's transfer from memory care in another state to OPP. The staff is very kind and friendly to residents and family, thw facility is always clean, and the food is delicious. OPP has reasonably priced accommodations for out-of-town guests. I can't say enough about how much my family and I appreciate all they do for our loved one... read more
