RecommendedMy dad has been here since April of 2020 and is doing so much better than he has in years! The staff is so friendly and caring. He absolutely loves the food and facility! I highly recommend Oak Park Place in Burlington!!
RecommendedOak Park Place is a very caring facility that takes wonderful care of their residents. My mother-in-law has been a resident there for almost two years. She's needed transport to the hospital, which they have provided. Most recently she was in need of a new hearing aid, which needed to be fitted to her ear. Oak Park made arrangements for this to be done for her in the parking lot of the facility.

RecommendedI volunteered at Oak Park Place for 2 years and really enjoyed my time there. My responsibilities were to assist in Memory Care during lunch and teach, Sit and Be Fit, in Assisted Living. The Activity staff and care staff were dedicated hard workers that took exceptional care of the residents.
