It's okay overall. Service is either fast or slow, depending on what it is you're requesting. It's a pretty similar to hospitals/clinics/nursing homes where there is lack of communications. Front desk/administrator can be better by being more specific and/or elaborate more with details when necessary. Unless they are not aware of other departments jobs/details? A friend of mine died there and no way was there any chance of talking to a counselor at all they refused to call me
I called they said one of the counselors would call me today and on the death of a friend of mine and they have not called and now they're closed how sensitive is that
