I called they said one of the counselors would call me today and on the death of a friend of mine and they have not called and now they're closed how sensitive is that
Everyone was so friendly while I was here for rehab. They were helpful from the minute we walked in. Everybody was nice and never felt like a stranger here, my loved ones and I were always greeted with a friendly hello. Overall, it was a very relaxed atmosphere. The meals, were absolutely delicious! There was such a variety of meals and the kitchen staff handled the accommodations very well. There are a lot of activities and beauty salon here which was nice to have available.
The only good thing about this place is the residents. For prospective employees, the management here is awful. Jen, the Director of nursing, is condescending, thinks she’s better than everyone, and is rude to employees and residents. Same goes for Jane Lynk. Sari the scheduler is also awful about listening to scheduling needs
