Been shopping here over 1 years already until now my fish are still alive very great staff. Especially a young guy by name of Alex long story short my kids had left my lights on in my car my car battery died the Alex was nice enough to give me a jump on a very cold n snowing day. :)
Natural pet fish store it's and amazing store . The owner Scott is always willing to help or get any thing u need. The staff are very knowledge and willing to help especially Julian Echeverria who has and amazing knowledge on salt water fish and fresh water fish . I will highly recommend it to anybody who is looking for fish. I will always be there for my needs for my aquariums I have tree 300gl salt water 150gl fresh water and 110 salt water tanks . Thank u .
This is by far the BEST pet store I've ever been to. I literally just watched someone who works there explain to a family, trying to set up a tank for the first time, how to do water changes and to care for the fish IN THIER NATIVE LANGUAGE. He didn't make them feel like a burden because of their inexperience or even their inability to communicate in English well. I swear I loved this store for how informative and friendly everyone is, but when I saw this man take care of this family, I don't know if I can ever shop anywhere... read more

This store has the best selections of fresh and salt water fish and very friendly helpful staff. Definitely will go back.
