Great place to live nice management team.
We moved back to MN and rented an apt here while we got settled and looked for a home to buy. The rent was so reasonable, the apt (besides the kitchen) was spacious, the temperature was always comfortable and the building is kept up. Property Manager Doreen and her husband were kind and available. All our neighbors were quiet and respectful. Living at Oak Park Heights was a good experience.
I've been attempting to get info on availability for weeks.. no one has responded to my vociemails.
PLEASE BE AWARE: This is NOT a smoke free establishment. Smoking is accepted by the complex and by the management. Even if smoke drifts in to the hallways or in to your rental unit, Oak Park Heights Apartments believes this is acceptable.
