Our whole family has been going here for years with fantastic care by the whole team well until today Hubby is out and home but it didn't go smoothly (?) Second tooth was atleast 15mins or so of the worst stubborn extremely uncomfortable extraction to be witnessed. bedside manner wasn't there at all by doc comfort care was so Unimpressive today ! He was impatient non informative and not tuned in to his patient shared no compassion what so ever with the patient Or his assistant during procedure found him quite rude ..whate... read more
Worst dentist history ever... Do not give your business to him. You will regret. Ferro and his staffs don’t value patients. He ignored one of his patient was having hard time breathing. He said “there is so much reason for living so tell her to keep breathing” as working on my teeth whole time. He didn’t even stop working on mine. You can tell his character. He thinks his patients are joke.
