I have frequented Oak Park a handful of times. I found the staff to be very courteous and helpful. If you are a first time customer, they’ll even give you a coupon book which saves you money depending on the size of the order. Why the 3 stars? The last time I had my clothes cleaned and pressed, the staff neglected to apply one of the coupons for $10. I stopped using Oak Park. It feels like this place is devoid of any semblance of customer service and friendliness. The employees are always in foul moods. My latest run in was with a lady named Virginia who is probably one of the most unpleasant and unfriendly people I’ve ever encountered in San Antonio.
