Prices are a bit high for my liking
Went to drop off a formal dress to be cleaned and was checked in by the manager. I was the only person in line, and I watched as she read the tag on the dress and checked the dress in to be cleaned for next day pick up. They called back after I had already returned to work to tell me she : " forgot " to read the tag underneath that says " spot clean only " and they couldn't complete the service or clean it at all.
