Went to drop off a formal dress to be cleaned and was checked in by the manager. I was the only person in line, and I watched as she read the tag on the dress and checked the dress in to be cleaned for next day pick up. They called back after I had already returned to work to tell me she : " forgot " to read the tag underneath that says " spot clean only " and they couldn't complete the service or clean it at all. Great service . Very courteous and great prices, they even showed me how to use their discount book. Fast dry cleaning. I will definitely take my dry cleaning suits and shirts as they did a great job
The first time I came in, they handed me a stack of coupons—great start, right? Wrong. The second time I visited, I had those coupons ready when I dropped off my clothes. The woman at the counter didn’t say a word about needing the coupon at drop-off. Naturally, I assumed it worked like every other coupon on the planet: you present it at checkout.
