Been living here for bout 2-3 ish years now, and the mice keep my father at night. they scratch from inside the forced heater and they barely do anything about it. the bug problem is even worse, my home is very clean yet all types of bugs appear from little unfixed cracks. i also "befriended" a wild opossum outside of the front office, he seemed calm until i stood tall. I called and asked if they were taking applications and the lady said yes but it’s a 3 to 5 year waiting list it’s no reason to say that they just want to discourage people from applying

Nice place to live if they didn't have a MICE problem and get rid of the main Super he don't know how to fix anything. he does nothing.

I worked for Code Black Security as a armed guard for this location. This site is run terribly. Please be advised before you move here that this is a low income housing project. The people that live here are no better than inmates in a maximum security prison. They are struggling and angry and very very combative to any and everyone. The building management office is lacking in skill and professionalism.
