When I moved in, in July my central air stop working. Katherine in the leasing office that has been really nice in helping me and under stood my frustration I had to keep going to the leasing office until they give me a window unit and a portable cooling system and they don’t return your phone calls when you leave a message or a voicemail. During my stay here for an entire year and a half, I lived with no AC in the summer, terrible water pressure. No heat in the winter (maintenance gave us 1 heater)….all they care about is there rent and not the conditions of the tenants. Also good luck parking your car in the winter bc they snow plow terribly IF they even do decide to snow plow. Not the police is here everyday for some kind of crime. Only move here if you’re homeless and desperate !!!!
