My air-conditioning stopped cooling on 7/25/25. This is 8/6 and still hasn't been repaired. I call every day. I have a disabled son who requires a cool environment because of his medication. I am 74 and should not be in an apt where the temperature hasn't been under 80 since 7/25 and has been as hot as 90. We have fans and we have opened windows which we feel is unsafe.
Worst apartments ever!! I currently live here with my boyfriend there is a leak that has started to cause BLACK mold in the apartment they have done nothing some kid broke into my apartment last night while I was away and I paid my rent on the 1ST! And now they are claiming I owe them another $100! I literally paid rent for a apartment I can’t even stay in because it started making up sick DONT MOVE HERE U WILL REGRET IT HORRIBLE NEIGHBOR HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND DISGUSTING!
MY APARTMENT IS INVESTED WITH MOLD DUE TO PIPE ISSUES AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE ! ITS BEEN A WHOLE WEEK & I HAVE TWO SMALL CHILDREN ! IM BREAKING MY LEASE ! DO NOT APPLY !
They don’t fix nothing they annoying & the rent is not what they say it is it go up every month . Don’t move in these !
