The building has bed bugs and roaches had to move .when u tell them something needs to be fixed they take their time coming to fix it.The appliances need to be updated The rent is too high act like it's a town house. I had to leave all my things cos of bed bugs and roaches and lost my job cos of it They did maintenance on the building but went up in the rent so you can pay for it
I have been staying at Bella Vista Apartments for a while, and I try to avoid the leasing office as much as possible due to how careless and rude they are when it comes to tenant questions and concerns. I have been calling the leasing office, the emergency maintenance line, and leaving work orders in the patient portal for over a week now and nothing has been done and I still have not gotten a response.
