I don't recommend this place. There is a strong weed smell you can't even handle it, and the management didn't do anything despite multiple reports, nothing was truly resolved.
The absolute worst of a place to get a lease, they will find a way to keep your $50 application fee and deny you. Kept asking us for more documents and more documents and eventually they decided to keep their $50. Wasted out time, money and plans ruined because of their bad service. Esp don't ever get the lady Priscilla she will 99% deny your application. Worst Place I give it a 0 star if I could.
Poorly managed. Will always raise rent. Won't secure lobbies against package thieves. Will try to charge you a cleaning fee even when maintenance is told for months about a broken back door they just never get to.
I live at oak park apartments for two years, and I must say "maintenance was on point" to fix anything wrong- love it. No mice or roaches ever in the apartment. Hallways smell fresh everytime I walk through the door. Unfortunately I moved out. What was i thinking idk. Need to move back miss it.
I was a tenant with Oak Park Apartments at 630 S Austin Blvd for one year. I was impressed with the professional attitude of the company, both under the Oak Park Apartments brand (which is the rental agency) and under the Greenplan Management brand (which is the facility management and go-to address for current tenants).
