EDIT: In response to the owner, my wife has emails and can provide screenshots of her requesting maintenance to come in on Friday. They responded they would come Monday. As far as moving out, we did give you a final answer saying we want to accept breaking the lease but need time to find housing. Not sure if you are aware how hard it is to find housing during the cold months but it has not been easy. I normally don’t leave reviews, but after everything my household has dealt with here, I feel obligated to warn future residents. My experience at this apartment complex has been nothing but frustrating, unsafe, and neglected. This management time is not worth giving your money. To start, our requests have been repeatedly ignored, even when the situation was urgent. There were multiple times we contacted maintenance about drainage issues where literal sewer water was coming back up our kitchen sink. Just right now, they aske... read more
