My husband and I are having the hardest time trying to tour the property at 1530 N. Austin Blvd. After confirming we meet that rental requirements multiple times we still were never scheduled for a tour. I finally checked the reviews and I must admit I am so happy we did not rent from this company. Thank you to everyone that posted honest reviews and not the fake 5 star reviews.
I moved here with the intention of saving money to buy a home, thinking, "How bad can an Oak Park apartment really be?" Well, let me tell you—if you want to live among rats, this is your chance! We’re at unit 313 N Oak Park, and it feels like a scene from a horror movie. There are rats in the walls, destroying our furniture, chewing through my phone charger, and even getting into my child's backpack! I've never experienced anything like this before. Has rat infestation and non responsive maintenance
Not a terrible experience, but not a great experience either. I leased with Oak Park Apartments for 3 years. I lived at 914 North Blvd. My rent went up quite a bit each year. At one point, it went up an additional $100/month. It was a decent first apartment for me. But in my opinion, not worth what I've seen it listed at now. The walls are paper thin.
