Moved into my apartment in March and the reviews made me so nervous to sign that lease, but you have to trust the good reviews and not just the bad. I love my apartment, its quiet, clean, and maintenance takes care of issues within hours. I'm in property management myself, so its important to me to live somewhere with great customer service. Move in process was easy, everyone was kind and attentive, and my apartment was super clean! I have enjoyed living with Oak Park Apartments so far.

Primarily, I’ve been pleased with: -Very affordable rent with small/reasonable increases, no large jumps -Well built historical buildings that are well-maintained -Responsive maintenance team whenever I had an issue -Great locations, my unit was very close to transit In my time living at my unit, management installed a heat pump as well, which added to the feeling of the buildings being well-maintained and modernized. ... read more
