Are you kidding? You MUST be one of the crappy parents that are not watching their kids! I come home to the same pack of kids sitting around by MY apartment flipping skate boards and dropping their trash. I know many of my neighbors have complained and I personally have seen many notices on the bulletin boards asking for parents to watch out for their kids and to have them pick up their trash or be fined. not a good place for kids the first 10 years was nice with the past owners if there was a problem they would fix it. 2 years ago they sold to Banner property's and the management sucks.no one knows anything. there more worried about improving the office appearance than any of the units. also heard from another tenant that there trying to withhold security deposits example not cleaning carpets not filling in nail holes and burnt out light bulb.there is more than this in there new leases.with a list of charges If you have kids... read more
Ok place If your looking for a nice place to live in while you save money to buy your own home, I think its a great place. ( That is what we are doing) I would rather have them skip on the pool and gym to charge me less rent when I have no time to use those items anyways. Also for the other person who commented, everywhere you go asks for a credit and criminal check. Who wants some loser who can't pay their rent or child molester living next door?
Too Intrusive I went to look at these apartments, which were ok and reasonably priced. But the management was much too intrusive into my personal life. Along with the application form they wanted me to fill out releases for them to check my credit history, my driving record, and to do a criminal background check. They also wanted to know the social security numbers of all members of my household. For what?! This was a little to "Big Brother" for me so I left.
