Our family has been SO impressed with Oak Park Heights Apartments in Montevallo - right in the heart of town. From the very beginning, the customer service we have received from the office staff at Oak Park has been second to none. Ms. Gloria was able to explain their process entirely, and their team communicated effectively to assist us with completing all necessary information and tasks in order to move in timely. This was my first home away from home. It was years ago, but I’ll never forget it! The landlady was the sweetest soul and so personable.
I lived here for 2 semesters while attending UM. The staff is amazing - super friendly, helpful, and fast to respond to needs. Any time we needed an electrician or HVAC tech, they'd schedule someone to come out ASAP. The 3 bed 2 bath was spacious and affordable. Onsite laundry was super convenient.
Lived in a one bedroom for two years while attending UM. I had a fantastic experience there and I loved my apartment. The manager is the nicest woman who came in herself to make sure a problem was fully solved. The maintenance guy was incredible- not sure if he is still there.
