If I could give 0 stars I would. Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Do not waste your time here and find another apartment please. (: also whoever works in the office please find another job where you do not have to interact with any other person. Sincerely, all your tenants 🩷
I have lived here since April 2017, and I love the community atmosphere. The only reason why I am considering moving out is because I was laid of twice from October 2024-March 2025, and unemployment just isn’t helping me afford the rent anymore. I got a new job but that doesn’t start until July 1st, and my first paycheck won’t be until July 31st. If I wasn’t in this situation, I would definitely be staying. I am sorry sad to leave…but I don’t have a choice because unemployment benefits suck
I’m updating my original review of this complex. My dad recently lived here and had his vehicle towed despite having current registration. Initially, we had trouble reaching anyone for a few days, but we eventually got through and were able to resolve the issue. Thankfully, the complex had the towing company issue a refund, though it took some back-and-forth and initial resistance. In the end, we were glad to receive a refund, but the leasing office could have handled the situation with better customer service from the start... read more
