If I could give 0 stars I would. Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Do not waste your time here and find another apartment please. (: also whoever works in the office please find another job where you do not have to interact with any other person. Sincerely, all your tenants 🩷
I have lived here since April 2017, and I love the community atmosphere. The only reason why I am considering moving out is because I was laid of twice from October 2024-March 2025, and unemployment just isn’t helping me afford the rent anymore. I got a new job but that doesn’t start until July 1st, and my first paycheck won’t be until July 31st. If I wasn’t in this situation, I would definitely be staying. I am sorry sad to leave…but I don’t have a choice because unemployment benefits suck
