If I could give this apartment a zero star I would. They are unprofessional and avoidant. They rejected my partner for an apartment (which is fine) but they should have given him his holding deposit back. They ignored all of our calls and emails. Kept acting confused when I reached out to them multiple times. They still kept our 100 dollars and never reached out to make things right like they said they would. If I could give 0 stars I would. Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Do not waste your time here and find another apartment please. (: also whoever works in the office please find another job where you do not have to interact with any other person. Sincerely, all your tenants 🩷
I have lived here since April 2017, and I love the community atmosphere. The only reason why I am considering moving out is because I was laid of twice from October 2024-March 2025, and unemployment just isn’t helping me afford the rent anymore. I got a new job but that doesn’t start until July 1st, and my first paycheck won’t be until July 31st. If I wasn’t in this situation, I would definitely be staying. I am sorry sad to leave…but I don’t have a choice because unemployment benefits suck
