My Granddaughter and her family are currently living at Oak Parc. Last night the pipes burst above them and flooded their apartment. There was 2” of water in the two bedrooms which meant their beds were soaked and many things had to be thrown away. They requested to move to another apartment and a very rude manager told them this had nothing to do with the apartment complex and they would do nothing to repair the damages.
