The worst customer service. IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED service provider for anything. ESPECIALLY AUTEL!! Nobody seems to have any knowledge of any of their products unless it is an RC car or truck..... they could care less about solving problems and more about money. They don't even care about children! I can't even believe the doors are still open. The lack of knowledge alone is astonishing... And this refund policy is a complete joke. not only is it no where posted inside the building. I walked in never having any rc stuff. The staff was very nice and helpful. Found what I needed very fast. Will definitely be back
