If I could give zero stars, I would. I had called in advance for a basic, 8 inch cake. The woman over the phone took my order, but couldn’t give me the final total for the product before a charge on my card she later called me back with a final total at that time I did not have my card call back tomorrow morning the woman was OK with it and asked me to call back tomorrow at 10 AM. It was my 1st time purchasing one of their store cakes and I don’t have enough words to compliment on the quality and freshness of their products, as well as their variety and friendly service. I arrived at their location in Niles within about 30 min of their closing time, and the service was attentive and friendly. I’ve ordered the Strawberry and Pineapple cake and OMG this cake is delicious! So moist and fresh! I’ve also had their pecan pie squares and it was right on point. I will definitely be back for more.
Our wedding cake was one of the best I’ve ever had. I’m the bride and probably biased but our guests commented on how amazing it was as well! From the tasting to how the cake turned out in line with our “Star Wars” themed wedding, the experience was great all around. We also had a gluten free cake that I was pleasantly surprised by and hope to go back to replicate it for our 1 year anniversary. Gluten free baked goods are hard to get right but it was amazing. Highly recommended!
You'll want your wedding cake from here! It was such an easy and enjoyable experience doing our cake tasting and the end result was incredible. Our cake looked absolutely beautiful and tasted absolutely amazing as well. By the end of the night it was all gone our guests loved it so much. I can't recommend this place enough! Just a great experience all around.
This is a $100 cake... seriously?! Looks like a 5 year old decorated it.
