Contrary to many of the reviews of this complex, my fiancée and I had the worst experience we’ve ever had here. We only lived within this complex for a year for many reasons, but most likely the largest one was major water leaks on numerous occasions. About a month after moving in we began regularly having a stream running through our living room. The property manager at the time did not think this was a big issue as we continued to have this issue for over a month (with a large hole cut out of our wall as well). Long story ... read more
Tatiana is the new property manager as of 2025. When my refrigerator broke, not only did she arrange to get me a temporary replacement but a brand new one not long afterwards. Not every property manager would have done this! I have also reached out to her for other things and found her to be beyond accommodating. I don't usually do reviews, but Tatiana deserves a compliment.
Am very appreciative of Tatiana being attentive to our needs. She has communicated well and helped us when we have had issues. Even though she has been here a short time, she has a professional attitude and much experience. I am also very appreciative of the entire maintenance team who are always there to fix things when we have had issues (which have not been many). As my daughter has said: this is the best apartment we have lived in. Thanks to a great team here! They have A LOT to take care of here and they do a great job.
