Nice quiet area, prompt on snow removal and maintenance. I have no complaints
I have called oak meadows my home for a year now and have absolutely adored the community! Everything is very clean, no pests ever except a ladybug here and there for good luck of course! The property is run by organized and attentive individuals and everyone around is so sweet and caring! We are going to continue calling oak meadows our home for quite some time going forward and are very thankful for the opportunity! They even have cute community events to help build that level of comfort outside your home too!
RENTER BEWARE: You will pay a $2,000 security deposit for an apartment here, and you will receive none of it back unless you absolutely stress over every little aspect of cleaning the apartment. You likely will not receive your security deposit back at all. You will clean, but they will deduct money despite you having left it polished and perfect.
