This post is specifically to praise Diana, the assistant manager here! I have been here 5 years and seen all different management and ever since she has been in charge, everything has been going so smoothly. I am hesitant to tell you about her, because I don't want you to take her from us! Lol but she deserves what is best for her and has been truly amazing. It is clear that everything has been going well here, because of Diana. She keeps everything running and I so greatly appreciate it! Thank you Diana!!
I lived here for over 15 years in the same apartment. I placed a work order for a screen replacement and window weather sealant replacement. And the Maintenance Man Martin that worked on my window. Is 5 star Awesome. He did a beautiful job. He even removed the paint wrap that was left on my balcony light bulb. From the people that bought out the complex during covid. Diana, the assistant manager is amazing. She is very courteous and responsive. I have nothing but good things to say. She definitely deserves a promotion and/or raise for the type of respect and service she gives the community. As a former retail manager for multiple businesses, this would be somebody I would have chose to run any of my 4 stores. Thank you so much Diana.
edit : another morning with no hot water for no reason please only live here if you prefer taking cold or lukewarm showers 08/13 NO WATER AT ALL NO WARNING OR ANYTHING. this is becoming ridiculous 07/04 12 am i ended up having no water, it’s now 8:45 am and i have no water on a holiday. it’s been over 8 hours and still no water. i asked for an eta and was told “ this afternoon “ … edit i’ve lived here for 5 months now and EVERY.
