08/13 NO WATER AT ALL NO WARNING OR ANYTHING. this is becoming ridiculous 07/04 12 am i ended up having no water, it’s now 8:45 am and i have no water on a holiday. it’s been over 8 hours and still no water. i asked for an eta and was told “ this afternoon “ … edit i’ve lived here for 5 months now and EVERY. I love my new apartment
The worst place. Please save your money. Roach infested, water is always off randomly, finding mold everywhere , while moving out the outside patio closet has a major leak and molded and rusted all of my things in the closet. They say pest control comes every 2 weeks and has only came once !! The floors are caving in.
Been here three years and I don’t recommend it, they are always turning off the water entirely or turning off the hot water for one repair or another (literally at the beginning of July 2025 we didn’t have hot water for a week) and they won’t tell you until the repairs are already happening so you’ll randomly be without water or hot water. They also implemented this parking policy recently which is kind of bs, there’s literally nowhere to be assigned parking here it’s an open parking lot style, and these are def not luxury a... read more
