Daisy and Diana are a delight. They are amazing people who helped me so much. However, Brian is rude with an attitude and is on the phone when a resident (me) was sitting right in front of him so I couldn’t even ask him questions because I had to wait for him to get off the phone because I was on the phone with my guarantor who had questions and then when I got off the phone with my guarantor, I had to sit there while Brian was scrolling on his cell phone until he was done. Adding additional complaints: we still have a window that leaks when it rains and now the dry wall has fallen off so there is a massive hole in the ceiling due to their sever delay in fixing this issue. They won’t let us break our lease unless we give them even more money and we’ve now found mold on one of our air vents. Pretty this complex is in violation of the lease themselves considering this is now not a safe environment to be living in and also they let dogs run around off leash all the time, someone left a 3ft dead sn... read more
