Lived here for 4 years and got out in April. Terrible, the reviews underneath mine cover it all so I don’t have to.
Moved here in march and there’s always issues with extra fees added onto my bill. On top of the $158 each month that you can’t opt out of for cable/internet. Actual rent is $1455 but I’m paying almost $1750 for a place I strongly dislike. Just when I think that’s amount is too much I find there’s an extra $108 balance coming from God knows where. 07/04 12 am i ended up having no water, it’s now 8:45 am and i have no water on a holiday. it’s been over 8 hours and still no water. i asked for an eta and was told “ this afternoon “ … edit i’ve lived here for 5 months now and EVERY. SINGLE. I lived here since the end of February 2024, moved out in April 2025, I will say that while the apartment complex isn't a bad place to live, it isn't great either. We had frequent issues with bugs such as ants and gnats getting into the apartment, and we had power outages very frequently. They even tried to shut off the water for emergency repairs during the winter storm when we had snow and below freezing temperatures. This place is falling apart!! When it rains my living room floods and it's not coming from the walls or the front door, it's coming from the foundation straight up through the flooring. The washers never work and no matter how many times you put in a work order, they never get fixed. My fiancé's work truck was broken into and the window busted and $1000 worth of his own tools were stolen from his truck right in our parking lot at the apartment!!!
