Staff rarely answers the phone, no communication with maintenance, water is shut off for hours every week. These are just a few things. 1500 a month for small one bedroom, for units built in the 60s, and appliances are old. Valcap group does not answer phone or emails, and is a very sketchy not trustworthy company. They seem to underpay their staff and do not care.
Every week water will shut down for hours.
I want to take a moment to recognize the over-the-top customer service we’ve experienced at Oak Meadows Apartments, especially from the maintenance team. Overall, we’ve had great service since moving in, but Martín truly set the bar incredibly high today. Martín was off the clock and on his way home when he saw us struggling to move our couch. I had a great experience at this apartment complex, and I especially want to recognize Bryan for his outstanding help. From start to finish, he assisted me with everything I needed and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable. Bryan truly made a difference in my experience, and I highly recommend this community because of the excellent service he provided.
