I would not recommend living here. The management frequently shut off our water, sometimes without any notice at all. We consistently had issues with hot water, and there were multiple times the water was turned off overnight or while we were getting ready for work. It became such a common problem that we had to keep water bottles stocked and save extra water in containers just in case the water was suddenly shut off again. signed a lease last may expecting to pay 940 in rent. i have been paying 1200 a month now because of all of their fees for zero amenities and the water being shut off every other week. So happy to be moving :) and be sure to give the 90 day notice exactly because if you’re even two days late they will force you to extend your lease.

Months later and the hot water is still always shut off or not working!!!!! This place is falling apart!! When it rains my living room floods and it's not coming from the walls or the front door, it's coming from the foundation straight up through the flooring. The washers never work and no matter how many times you put in a work order, they never get fixed. My fiancé's work truck was broken into and the window busted and $1000 worth of his own tools were stolen from his truck right in our parking lot at the apartment!!! We ... read more
