I have lived at Oak Meadows for almost 3 years. Yes, I moved into a brand new apartment. Felt good too! I have never experienced a problem living here, and when I do have a problem, it is fixed as soon as I put in a work order for it. Our new property manager is fantastic and on top of it all. Some residents say she is too tough, I say, its best to be tough if we want to live in a nice complex. Too soft, and the place goes to hell. Dont fall for it! They WILL come in and invade your privacy AT LEAST once a month doing random "inspections..." So you better not have any thing out you dont want them to see, at any time. Dont sit around in your underwear in your own apartment, because they will knock once and come right in. What do we live in, a police state?? Additionally, they want to begin eviction proceedings because I didnt tell them I have gerbils that live in an enclosed cage, and a fish tank! Yes, indeed. Wow.
