without a doubt the best place i have lived. the property manager is about the nicest guy and so is his whole staff in the office. super understanding and very organized. they keep the whole apartment complex clean and updated. my move in process was super easy and paying rent is easy as well. i’d recommend this place to anybody. they also have pools, gym. basketball court, and really nice scenery. 10/10 also forgot to mention, their maintenance team is VERY fast. they respond to everything i have asked same day and sometime... read more
I have lived at Oak Meadow for over a year and I am looking forward to living here until I am ready for a house. I have lived in a few different complexes in Chico and Oak Meadow is definitely one of the better ones. When there are issues in my unit, the office responds the same day to confirm a time for the repair men to come fix the issue. The campus is always clean and well groomed. Build a gate!!! Where is the security guard? I’m writing this review after just speaking with a police dispatcher so please keep that in mind. My family and I moved to Chico 7 months ago and in that time we have had our vehicles broken into FOUR TIMES. I spoke with the manager after the filing a police report and his response was to always make sure we locked our car doors and never leave anything in plain view.
