Darren, Mindy, and the Penn Hills Leasing Office at Oak Manor Place have been nothing but great. I was moving in from out of state and they were very accommodating and friendly throughout the whole experience. The fridge in the town home I moved into began to not work properly, but they were very responsive and quick to send a maintenance person within 24 hours. Warning!!!!!! Do Not move here cause U will regret it!! I’m regretting it to the fullest and can’t wait until my lease is up!…They raise the rent every year and So not worth it, they put ur business out to everybody, they are very rude and not at all understanding to someone’s health! I’ve never experienced anything like this and I’ve been on my own for a long time now….So sad..
