I stayed here for 10 years. At first I loved it then slowly started having issues. At the end i gave a 90 day notice of me leaving and that wasn’t good enough. I even paid to break the lease and still got charged an extra month of rent. They took my deposit and still never gave me the prorated rent bc I moved out before the month was over. Read your lease before you live here bc you will never get a call from the owners but they will report you.
I want to take a moment and recognize Jaun and Luis. They are both outstanding employees who Consistently go above and beyond. Everytime I see them, they are working hard. I have Never seen them slacking. They are always helpful and dedicated. I hope management and the property owner know what an asset They are to this community. Thank you both!
