Owners and manager does not fix things in a timely manner, I was once without a refrigerator for a month before they fixed it, lots of plumbing issues, no lease agreement so they can just tell you to move when ever they feel like it, ac unit needed to be replaced and they would always just put more Freon in the unit instead of replacing it, did not cool or heat the apartment properly, always had to call to have a plumber or an ac person come out and sometimes it would take them days and weeks to fix and being a single mother... read more
