I had no problem at this place up until moving out. The apartment manager here is rude and disrespectful she claimed to have issues with my wife and I without ever contacting us to discuss them. When I went to tell her my wife and I were buying a home and would have to move out I was met with anger and hostility. I would not move here unless you have too.
We have been lived here for 2 year and 2 month and we found safe and quiet place. Management and maintenance team both are very good to respond and helpful. Best place to live in Henderson. Landscaping is so beautiful, helpful for me and my little one to play here. We enjoyed a lot to live here. Thank you

Staff is friendly and quick to respond, and the location is AMAZING!! You’re walking distance to a dollar store, a bank, a post office, a coffee shop, a library, a barber, and like three churches. If I could give this place a -10 I would. The management is horrible and rude. This place is all about getting any extra money from you any way they can. The rent is horribly expensive. You have to pay $20 extra per car if you want to park close to your house(which is still a good walk). They have one maintenance man that they run ragged.
