Took our realtor forever to get the guy to respond & then when he figured we showed interest...jacked the price up 15k!!! On Jim Gilland rd in Siler City NC. A 4 acre lot that was supposed to have a new house put on the lot. Finally got him to write up a contract & then....NOTHING...ghosted us...🤷♀️.. shady to say the least & wasted a months time of our realtors & ours..:( this was just in March 2021.
