Called to make an appt, can barely understand the woman, I asked if they’re accepting new patients 6 months old? She said what do you mean 6 months old? I said isn’t this a pediatrics office, she said ohh yeah sure. No wonder why there’s only 1 review. Maybe they don’t even take patients just a. Front. Needless to say, didn’t proceed with any further info. This is who my insurance sent me to.

i would like to give this peds clinic a zero star. when you call from another professional office for medical records, the person who answered the phone HUNG UP on me. she would not give me her name and hung up on me again. that clinic is so unprofessional to talk to someone how rude a former pt was,,,HIPPA !!!! was violated . i would not recommend going there !!!!!!!

If there was a lower rating than this one I would give it to this place. I called Dr. Kyi's office for the first time on October 10th to make an appointment for my 3 month old baby. The receptionist that attended me that day was very kind and asked me that I first needed to change my insurance so that Dr. Kyi would appear on my baby's medical card and then call back with the reference number so that I could make the appointment for my baby. I just called to try to setup an appointment for my daughters and the lady was being rude. So I kindly asked her if there was someone else that can help me. She cut me off and continued to talk over me and wouldn’t let me speak at all. And she hung up more than couple of times. After I called back to try to speak to someone else since she was not helping me. Very very rude receptionist. This office needs someone else answering the phone. She obviously does not have customer service skills. Very unprofessional.
