DO NOT MOVE HERE – Believe the Reviews. This apartment complex is a damn joke. There’s mold, the AC units are trash, and maintenance is beyond lazy and unresponsive. When I first moved in, my AC went out. I went TWO WEEKS in the middle of the summer with no air because maintenance “hit some switch” and thought that was enough. The unit broke down again almost immediately, and they still dragged their feet. It took me calling corporate to finally get someone out here to actually fix it. Quintreil did an amazing job during the apartment tour
Things were tough for awhile but Q ,Slim and Mecial are making the community better again. The hard work that is going into tickets and fixing things is noticed . The friendly atmosphere and all around greatness is being noticed great job guys .
minus 5 STARS You have read the other reviews. Take heed in what they are saying. Find another apt. complex to live. these people aren't worth it. You'll be moving out the first year your lease comes for renewal. What everyone is saying is very true. I have issues from a very long time. They won't fix them.
