I have always had a great experience working with the staff at Renew Chesapeake. This includes the maintenance team as well as the office staff. Melissa is always very helpful and always answers my questions, of which I have many. I highly recommend this apartment complex, and it's located in such a great area with plenty nearby!

We had such a great experience with our property manager, Melissa! She was super responsive, helpful, and made the whole move-in process way less stressful than expected. She answered all of our questions quickly and explained everything clearly, which we really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about her tenants and wants things to go smoothly. Overall, everything was easy and well-organized. We felt really taken care of—highly recommend working with Melissa!
This is a great place to call home clean, well-kept, and welcoming. The community has a nice atmosphere, and you can tell the team takes pride in maintaining the property. Shada is wonderful to work with and will make sure you’re taken care of. She’s responsive, helpful, and truly wants residents to have a positive experience. Definitely recommend checking it out!
