My husband & I were looking to downsize and looked at this property & a sister property as well. We spoke to Shada and she was so welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about the properties. We have talked to a lot of different properties lately and Shada was definitely Top Tier!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!
I’ve called many places inquiring about renting and Renew had the best customer service. I was helped by Shada and she answered every question I had (and there were a lot) very clearly and without making me seem like I was being annoying like most other places. She had an answer for every question and made me feel like she genuinely cared to help me find a home. Thank you Shada! I wish every place had someone as kind as you!
