My mom and I have lived in the Oak Knoll apartment for 4 years, the walls are paper thin but that is to be e expected when you move into apartments. As for the rent, it was fairly priced for the unit that we occupied. If something broke down, the landlord would be right on it for any repairs. The halfways were always kept in decent condition, until the last year we where there. If the rules are followed, and open communication was given, there would be no problems with the landlord. I've lived at oak knoll for 3 years and have no complaints, Anita and Patrick are awesome! anytime I have a question or a concern Anita is always quick to respond, our building is quiet and all the tenants get along very well, I give an A++
Quiet clean apartment building. Lived at these apartments 5 years and no big issues. Very safe neighborhood and responsive landlord.
Landlord takes my deposit and declined me based on "bad credit". Never missed a rent but apparently owing money to places like Macy's is a big deal to them.
