I had a repair done at the Research Blvd shop. I was leaving town that day.I started having problems and called shop - not very helpful at that time.Arrived at my destination in Surprise, AZ. Took auto to A1 Transmission another NAPAshop. They gave me a detailed description of the problem which I faxed to Ben White.The manager called and worked out the problem immediately - professional and fair.
