This is the absolute worst apartment in Shelbyville. Not lying when I say the projects are safer than this place. Youll think man \$460 is cheap. Yeah cheap and also dangerous. Had a crack head beating on my door at 2 in the morning asking for coffee. They moved in 2 drunks below me that didnt even own a car, and as you can imagine they asked me for a ride to the liqour store everytime I stepped outside.
