I've been going to Oak Knoll for years, and every single experience has been stellar. Last night, I came home to my dog with a huge hot spot. They had Dr. Earl call me back withing minutes to assure me it wasn't flesh eating bacteria (yes, I went there), lol. They fit me in immediately this morning and she's happy and on the mend. They care so much about my dog Goldie, and are also understanding to those on a budget, and tell you what the most important things are to do. I trust them 100%, great clinic, staff and doctors!
A big thank you to Tracy Earl and Jeremy Smith and their staff for taking such great care of our cat, Vinny who passed yesterday. We have been clients for over twenty years. Amber also a big thank you for your support yesterday and over the years. I have to apologize that I do not remember the tech’s name that helped Dr Smith yesterday. She was outstanding in her professional performance and compassion.
My daughter has enrolled her dog in this vet's practice since she first brought him home at age 8 weeks. He is age 2, and loves to come to the vet! He wags his tail throughout his visit. My daughter and her husband have been very pleased with this vet's professionalism and availability, supporting them as first time dog owners. As a family, we definitely recommend Oak Knoll highly!!
Dr. Jeremy Smith & his staff did a GREAT job with our cat! They were compassionate & competent. Dr. Smith gave us information about options to help with our cat's failing health & respectfully gave us the freedom to choose what felt right to us. We're very grateful!
The staff here take such good care of my animals I appreciate everyone here so much! Appointments are always right on time I never have to wait for a scheduled appointment.
I love the care and friendliness of the staff and docs.
