I was very pleased with the furnace service. I called that morning, and they came out quickly to inspect the heating issue. They explained that my old furnace was worn out and that the repair part would cost nearly as much as a new furnace, so replacing it made the most sense. The new furnace was installed just two days later. After the installation, I was surprised by how much my gas bill dropped.
