Saw another resident complaining about how it feels like an HOA, and that is completely accurate! They're nitpicking you on everything, from lawn needing cut, trash in driveway, etc etc. I feel like they should be giving us some sort of amenities but we don't even have a usable dog park like they claim we do, just a fenced in area that dogs can very easily climb under, and no common area at all. Manufacturered homes on 2 different spots. 80 or so leased land spots.No empty lots.
Recently our owner sold to a company. We were used to feeling like we owned our homes. Once the new company took over they enforced rules heavily. This Park feels less like home, more like an HOA. You must follow the rules or you will be charged extra. Garbage cans cant be shown from the road, which is extremely unusual in regular neighborhoods. NO PARKING ON THE STREET.
