Oak Hill is an idyllic location for gorgeous weddings and events. The Gothic wedding chapel is a step back in time, and the backdrop of horses observing the festivities is icing on the cake. We love all of our visits to Oak Hill Stables and can't wait to be back again.
Oak Hill Stables, Bed and Breakfast, is a hidden treasure in Oxford, Mississippi. Sprawling fields, ancient trees, lakes and rolling hills. The outdoor chapel is picturesque. The horses roaming the pastures take your breath away.
Oak Hill Stables is located in a gorgeous setting just minutes from Oxford Town Square. It is a little slice of heaven with fabulous food, friendly staff, and charming animals. The chapel is a lovely setting for a variety of events. Jeanette Vaughn prepares amazing brunches for her guests, and the staff does a great job putting together custom gatherings.
We have had many guests throughout the years that love staying at Oak Hill. There testament is all the years that they have returned. Each group has their own favorite place on the farm that they try to return to, some making their reservations a year in advance. Not enough can be said about Jeanette's cooking and special touches she does to all her meals. The staff at Oak Hill go out of there way to make the B&B's stay a wonderful experience. After booking Oak Hills for our wedding night, we were told the deposit was only $100. The next day we find out they have charged our card $438!! After giving us the run around for a week and not crediting our acount like they said they would they eventually tell us they do not know how to work their credit card machine and we just need to transfer money into our account to cover it!!
