Terrible management poor communication been a resident over 15 years. Management with attitude. Decisions, rules and regulations community wide without communication or community input. Amenities promised and not provided. Park poorly up kept. No sense of privacy from management in family matters. Also my rent has been paid and no write up in years so that isn’t why I feel this way this is a general explanation. I do not feel the neighborhood is child friendly unless you have infants or toddlers.

I would not recommend anyone buying a trailer there unless you pay cash and pay it off, cause after you almost get it paid off they will find some crazy reason to boot you out so they can resell it again !!! She has a cat in the office that climbs up on you, so if you are allergic to cats, you may want to stay away too, it jumps on your lap and pesters you while you're trying to talk to them. i orderd a part for my car off ebay but it did not have the lot # i was hoping some one where it was deliver'd to so i can go get it thanks greg firestone lot 73 614--323-2760 the driver was sent back to get it but have not heard from fed ex
Have had nothing but good help from the managers. They are nice folks and do a great job.
Don't move into this park the people that run this place is a joke it was nice when Wendy and Vicky ran this place then these people took over and it went down hill there thieves and liars and they will take your home from under you there bullies and like to tell other people Business to other people and if you don't Believe me go to the Facebook page TAKE A STAND and you will see some of the people that lived here that they took there homes from and we also been told that the gentleman that runs the park is a peeping Tom...... read more
