Worst place ever and the owners are terrible people to rent from they never come fix anything that is broken you will have to do it yourself and they are not good people they lie and get over on folks
They overcharge for roach infested units, don't expect any kind of maintenance service despite what you'll be paying in rent. Every lot owned by this company is an eyesore in the community, and most of them should be condemned as uninhabitable. It's been two months since they even cut the grass last but they load our dumpsters down with trash from other units every week.
